RETURN
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You can find all the details regarding your right of cancellation in the Right of Cancellation Policy .
Please do not return goods to us freight collect, as the parcel service provider usually charges significantly higher fees for this, which we then have to pass on to you.
Please note that opened and unsealed food and nutritional supplements, as well as damaged goods, cannot be returned.
Please ensure that the sender's address is clearly legible and be sure to include a note with the order number or a copy of the invoice in the package!

We will notify you immediately upon receipt of the goods and refund the purchase price. The refund will be made as soon as possible after we receive and process your return. This may take up to 14 days. Thank you.
COMPLAINT
If you have reason to complain, e.g. due to damage to the goods or quality defects, we will cover the return costs in the event of a warranty claim and provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
In any case, please coordinate your procedure with our customer service and do not return any items freight collect, as this will incur high costs.
