We are confident in the quality of our NaturDrops products – and want you to be just as satisfied as your furry friends. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on many items if you are not completely satisfied.

🐶 Applies to whom & what?

  • The warranty is valid for 30 days from receipt of the goods.
  • It is a voluntary service provided by NaturDrops GmbH.
  • Valid only for specially marked products ordered directly through our shop naturdrops.dog.
  • Not valid for items purchased from other retailers.
  • Look for a special seal (“money-back guarantee”) in the product view that indicates the item participates.

🔄 How does it work?

  1. Contact
    Send us an email to info@naturdrops.dog with your order number and the reason for the return – or use our contact form.
  2. We will find a solution
    Our customer service team will advise you – often we can find a solution together or suggest an alternative product.
  3. Return or refund
    If you are still not satisfied, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (plus shipping costs, if applicable) once the return has been processed.

ℹ️ Important information

  • The guarantee is in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it.
  • Returns are not possible without prior notification – please contact us beforehand.
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon.
  • Products must be undamaged or in the same condition as when you received them, unless otherwise agreed.
